We have a 6 Litre Wine Bottle also known as a Methuselah, which held 8 standard size bottles of wine!
Whispering Angel Rose originated from France. This bottle has an embossed emblem, a lovely clear glass lamp base which stands just under 60 cm tall, without a shade. The size of the bottle gives this lamp a majestic presence in any home, featuring a Chrome light fitting with braided herringbone patterned blue and white cable.
A grand 4.5 Litre Wm Grant & Sons Whisky bottle, in the classic triangle design is a piece with a hefty 936 bottle tops inside, creating not only a large lamp, but a show piece with a unique design. The bottle features embossed lettering of Wm Grant & Sons & a coat of arms design with Since 1887 lettering below the neck. Featuring a chrome lamp holder & tin braided black wiring. Standing at 56cm tall without a shade.
DemiJohn lamps can add a retro display piece to any space. The timeless shape that was originally used to store wine, olive oil, cider and vinegar or to brew beer, in clear or brown, either showing the cable inside, or full of bottle tops or corks. DemiJohns sit around 33cm high with a wide 17cm base. Examples shown with Tin braided wiring with a chrome lamp holder, also a red braided wire with black chrome lamp holder.
A pair of Roku Japanese Gin bottles add a classy touch to a bedroom, lounge or bar. These lovely 700ml bottles fit perfectly on a bedside table.
The thick glassed hexagon shaped bottles feature an embossed Japanese design with Suntory lettering.
In the green corner we have a large 1.5 Litre Grolsch lager bottle, featuring Grolsch embossed into the bottle, and the Grolsch logo with the original bottle stop still intact. Standing around 41cm tall, featuring a black lamp holder, with braided green wiring.
From the mid 20th century, we have a lovely French Brandy bottle which stands at around 28cm tall. Featuring a light green aged glass, the Grand Armagnac with brown twisted cable and chrome lamp holder is an elegant lamp for those that like the classic design.
Showcasing a wooden base, is a lamp with a difference. Using a log of solid Poplar wood, the bark has been stripped, the wood smoothed, then a clear wax with black added to show the grain & add protection. The chrome lamp holder sits in a recess at the top, with the herringbone design blue and white braided cable. A repurposed beer keg which has been crafted into the lamp shade. Bud Light lettering has been added to this bespoke lamp.
All lamps are PAT tested and feature an inline switch unless otherwise stated.
